Honesty bar

We want this to be a relaxed environment and so we do not man the main lodge all hours of the day, however we are available at the times published for general enquiries and assistance. The honesty bar allows you to use this at will and we ask each guest to deposit 50 euros as a bond against their bar usage.

Meals

Due to the local restaurants either being well booked in advance or closed on Sundays and Mondays, we offer every week the following options

Sundays- - BBQ-using the finest local ingredients. With wine 18 euro per person.

Mondays- a taste of the region. Duck, pate, air dried hams, fois gras, prune based dishes and other foods in season. Together with the local aperatif 'Floc de Gascogne' and a selection of local wines. 22 euro per person.

These need to be booked in advance.

For the rest of your stay, guests may choose to explore the regions restaurants or make use of the central kitchen or the BBQ facilities FOC using their own ingredients.
